Happy Friday everyone! I hope everyone has a fun Labor Day weekend lined up for them :) We sure do and to start it off with a bang, we did a family photoshoot with Sherry of Stillwater Community Connection. Sherry, Dale, and Zach are about the friendliest family out there. They played the bean bag toss game and brought out their dogs, Molly & Sparkles, to join in the fun.

Happiest Sunday my friends! I am super duper excited to post this engagement session of Zach and Sam. When I first spoke with Sam, she mentioned that they both really liked sports and wanted pictures at OSU’s Boone Pickens Stadium. When I heard this I got really excited and it wasn’t just that it was a new challenge for us or that themed engagement shoots are great but because it’s an awesome opportunity that not many people get! Luckily Zach used to play football at OSU and still knew some people…and voilà! We got the whole stadium to ourselves.

We had a really great time with these two. Since they live in Miami, OK we did our consultation over the internet and it was great to finally put some faces to names. They are not only intelligent and nice people but they are outgoing and fun to work with. We trekked all over an area literally the size of a football field in 111 degrees and they were still all smiles for their photos. ;)

This next photo on the left, where Zach and Sam are sitting, is Zach’s great aunt’s stadium seat for the more than 50 years. Very cool!

Zach and Sam met in high school and have been sweet hearts ever since. As luck would have it, Sam with her softball and Zach with football, both got athletic scholarships to attend Oklahoma State University and it has been love ever after. It seems so fitting to come back to their alma mater and celebrate two things – their love for sports and love for each other. ♥

Sam is getting ready to be a sixth grade teacher this month and Zach is the football coach for Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College. I love these twosome’s cuteness and the fact that they are very down-to-earth. ♥

This lovely athletic couple beat the heat yesterday (111 degrees!) to take fun and sporty engagement photos at their Alma Mater. I was so excited when I found out we would be taking engagement photos of Zach and Sam at the football stadium. It’s an exciting and rare opportunity to stand on the 50 yard line with a whole stadium to yourself. ♥ I couldn’t have asked for a better location for a sports-themed engagement shoot. :)
